We use the concepts of Disruptive Innovation (Imagine > Innovate> Deliver) and Human Centered Design (Inspire > Ideate > Implement) to ensure our solutions are effective, efficient and relevant.
We trust our INNOVATION and THINK TANK community; the creative minds that are smart and passionate souls intended to make a positive difference in society.
We integrate TWO different philosophies of thought, namely:
Human Centered Design (HCD) focuses on the “user” or the people we are building the product/service for. HCD involves people right from the start and places them at the center of the problem-solving design process. it focuses on people’s problems, goals, needs, thinking, emotions and behavior in order to come up with effective design solutions to those problems.
Disruptive Innovation is key as we are NOT necessarily intending to have breakthrough solutions to make good products/services better; rather they are existing innovations that make products/services more accessible and affordable, thereby making them available to a larger population.
We use the Inspire/Imagine, Ideate/ Innovate and Implement/ Deliver approach.
During the INSPIRE/IMAGINE phase, we define two elements:
These challenges are identified through many ways that include meetings, Off-Beat Talks, Inno-Vino Panel Discussions with subject matter experts, workshops & brainstorming sessions, stakeholder consultations and lots of sticky notes.
During the IDEATE/INNOVATE phase we use ideas generated through the creative minds of people regardless of who they are and celebrate the power of possibility. These are ideas that are generated through various processes like IDEATHONs, crowd based thinking, and through the prototyping of ideas generated. These ideas are intended to have no barriers or boundaries; it comes with lots of perspectives and includes ideas from various angles that include exposure to cultures, thought processes, different upbringings, government policies, other resources etc.
The final phase is the IMPLEMENT/DELIVER phase. During this phase, investors and stakeholders get involved to take the prototypes into workable solutions that can be deployed into a live environment to receive feedback and eventually into a product/service that has met the needs of the user and successfully addressed the challenge(s) identified.
